Today we had a wedding in the family.  My cousin Scott married Amanda.  Amanda has been a part of our family for years, and an aunt to Wade’s girls, Emma and Ruby.  So Amanda is joyfully welcomed into the family. Unfortunately it rain today so the ceremony was held in doors, but it was still a very bright and pretty service.

This was a very snowy Christmas as you all know. When I got to my parents house on Christmas morning, we didn’t know if we would be going to my aunt and uncle’s house for dinner.  As the day went on and it warmed up outside, we all made it there for dinner and had a great Christmas.

Thanksgiving at the family cabin.  It’s always fun to have the whole family up at the cabin, all squeezed in to a single room.

Over the weekend my old friend Kelsey and I went to the Great Minnesota Get Together.  While we were there, we met up with Kelsey’s friend Mike to see the Brother Ali show at the MPR booth.  We didn’t get to see much of the show, but we meet up with Mark Wheat after, to chat.

On Thursday, May 14th my parents got a new puppy, Odin.  Odin is a Newfoundland, Lab mix, about a year old.  He weighs about 65lb now, but I think he will fill out quit a bit and be a bit boy, maybe not tall, but big. So far he seems like a nice pup, he’s sweet and always needs to be by you, but he is a runner. You will also find more pictures of him in his Gallery Album.

On February 15th, Milly was put to sleep, she was 15. Milly was a wonderful dog, she will be missed.
